Turkish immigrants and emigrants in UK. Humble opinion presents

It is push and pull theory, usualy referred to this phenomenon.

Pushed people are called emigrants and pulled people are called immigrants.
If you are transferred to a country other than your origin with benefits it is called expatriation.

Last week I've been to Woodgreen where a huge Turkish population lives. I was again disappointed with the attitude of Turkish minority there. I was out smoking at Wetherspoon near the tube station and I heard two Turkish guys speaking of social benefits that the British government is giving the needy people. One of them told that, he got a bogy psychological report from a Nigerian psychiatrist (coincidence!) describing him very suicidal and severe PTD. Father of three our proud father got a 4 bedroom! home from British council and send his wife and kids back to Turkey and subleased the rooms to strangers. He also told that he is taking financial help from the council because he is not capable of working and he added he is working unregistered at a Kebab house nearby.  Sometimes I think why the f word I am paying  %43 tax.

Now this man (Now I am proud we do not have the same passport as he is a proud British citizen!!! sworn to the queen on bible) is advising his friend how to alter British social security system and suck honest tax-payers money out of the system.

After hearing this outrageous conversation my friend arrived. He is a social worker in London Council and responsible for the benefits of Turkish minority. Just in time :)

His customer has arrived, a Turkish guy who claims he had apoplexy in his brain (Brain Damage) and he is no longer to work :) he had a medical report which looked very bogus to me as I learned British authorities usually do not control the documents without an active complaint.

He had a severe brain damage and was smoking like Scottish people. (haha you thougt I would say Turks)
What can I say, those crazy Turks :)

After the meeting we walked towards the subway to the park and suddenly we were in the barrio of Kurdish people of Turkey in Woodgreen. They were promoting the Kurdish rebels in Turkey and collecting money for their struggle. I did argue a little with them. They told me that they are the emigrants who has been under severe pressure in Turkey and fled for their freedom. Because they wanted peace Turkish government wants to massacre them. I did ask them if they have dual nationalities or denounced their Turkish citizenship and they said they have both. I asked if they still go to Turkey in Holidays answer was yes and then I asked don't you afraid of being massacred, that point my friend pulled me out of the conversation and we walked away, unpleasant moment, I was about to touche them :)

Turn to left a hundred meters and you are in the Turkish nationalists barrio.  Turkish flags everywhere. We stopped in a Turkish coffee shop to drink freshly brewed tea and suddenly found myself explaining the latest situation in Turkey. Although whatever thing you say, they blame the Kurds. They call themselves as immigrants called to UK to work in their shitty low-wage jobs and all plan to go back one day.

As a Turkish in London I can not name more than five Turks I know. My expat friends always advice me not to be friends with Turks in the end you will be disappointed. Indeed!!!

I will write on Ankara agreement on another day. I have a lot to say on that too :)
 Never understand the dilemna.
